5. If you had the responsibility to decide where $1 million should be spent to improve conditions somewhere in the world, what project(s) would you choose? Why?

If I was responsible of deciding where one million dollars should be spent on to improve conditions somewhere in the world, I would choose to create a project of a free school system in Mexico for children eighteen and under where they could also live. I would choose this project because I think that education is the most important thing that could be provided to children to be able to change their life. Also, this project would reduce crime rates in Mexico since children who do not have a family or place to live at are exposed greatly to criminal cartels. The institute would consist of dorms, classrooms and a park. To provide everything a child to a teenager would want.
